Our founder, Carole, spent years working alongside individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. She saw firsthand the gaps in care — the moments when families felt alone, overwhelmed, or unseen. She built Carole Cares Services to be the partner she wished every family had.
Today, our team of dedicated caregivers, case managers, and health professionals carries that same spirit into every home, every appointment, and every plan we create together.
